These terms govern your use of kidzystory.com, a service that creates personalized, AI-generated
children's storybooks. KidzyStory is operated from India; contact sumeet11bhosale@gmail.com.
Children's images & privacy
- Uploaded images are used solely to generate your personalized storybook.
- Your image is processed by trusted third-party AI providers (Google and Replicate) only to generate your book; we do not sell your images, train our own models on them, or share them with any other parties.
- We do not publicly display user-uploaded images.
- We delete your uploaded original photo within 24 hours after your storybook is delivered, and you may request deletion at any time by emailing sumeet11bhosale@gmail.com.

Eligibility (parent/guardian consent), service description, a no-refund policy for custom-generated
